Pricing

All prices in our website and online store are subject to change at any time and without notice. Distributors occasionally change their prices and we will post these changes as soon as possible. We will attempt to honor all posted prices and will notify you if that is not possible so that alternative arrangements can be made. We will not charge you a different price without your permission.

Back Orders

Occasionally a manufacturer or distributor will be out of stock on a particular item causing a back order. If a product is on back order, we will notify you immediately via email and offer you either an alternate source for that item, the option to wait on the back order, to cancel that item or cancel your order.  

Special Orders

If you would like an item that is not typically kept in stock by CycleSpot, we can make arrangements to special order that item for you. This process will require a 50% deposit in order to secure your purchase. Please be certain of your purchase prior to order as this is a non-refundable deposit unless there are warranty or application fit issues. If an order is canceled prior to delivery from the distributor and without fees to us from the vendor, then we will be able to refund your deposit. If the distributor charges a fee to us, then we will refund your deposit minus the actual fees incurred by us. Once delivery of the product has occurred, it is non-returnable unless the product is defective and an RMA is issued. High cost products such as drive train packages and bike kits require full pre-payment or pre-approval of funds from your credit card, as well as special freight shipping arrangements.

Warranties

CycleSpot does not directly warranty any item sold. All manufacturers' and distributors' warranties are applied as notated by each individual manufacturer or distributor. We will not be responsible for manufacturer defects or issues, however, when able, we will assist you in coordinating with the manufacturer or distributor who does handle warranty issues.

Returns

You may return items to us up to 30 days from the date of purchase.  No returns on electrical components, open shrink wrapped packages, any installed items, special order items, and apparel (clothing, helmets, gloves, goggles, jewelry, etc.) unless approved in advance from the manufacturer or distributor.

Should you need to make a return, a RMA (return materials authorization) number must be obtained first. Call or email us so that we may assist you. An RMA will be issued and then you may return the merchandise with the RMA number written on the package and the RMA form in the box.  Customer is responsible for return shipping unless prior approval is received.  Any package received without an RMA will either be refused or will be shipped back to you and shipping will be charged to your card.

Returnable items will be charged a 20% as of 01-01-05. This is not an attempt to make more money on you, rather these are charges incurred directly from vendors. By keeping our costs low, we are better able to continue bringing you the highest quality parts at the best prices. Please call or email us any questions you may have before you place your order so that we may assist you in getting your order right, right from the start.

Once your return is received, we will inspect the merchandise to assure that the merchandise is in the same condition reported by you. Your credit card or PayPal account will then be credited less the restock fee.  If the merchandise is not as reported by you, you will be charged for the return shipping of the merchandise back to you.

Shipping
Domestic US shipping.

We include shipping on all orders over $250, excluding items that are shipped via freight, tires, APO/FPO, AK, and HI.

$100.00- $250 Is $5.95
$250+ is FREE

***APO/FPO, Tires, Alaska, and Hawaii shipping will incur additional fees, taxes and/or duties and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.  Additionally, oversize packages may incur additional fees to the purchaser.***

Orders over $500.00 require a signature upon delivery. We will not waive the signature requirement. Orders over $2000 will only be shipped to the billing address on the credit card. These policies protect both of us. You will receive an email detailing tracking information, anticipated delivery date, etc. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground and should arrive in 5-7 business days or sooner. If an item is not available at the time of purchase, we will notify you. We do not add handling or percentage fees to shipping.  Upgraded shipping of 3-Day, 2-Day and Next-Day shipping are available for an additional fee.
